Focus T25 Review and Results for Golfers.

In BETA Cycle you focus on the core.

 

I wanted to give a review of T25 for all the golfers out there that love to maximize their strength on the course. The first phase is the Alpha phase. Cardio, Speed 1.0, Lower Focus, Ab Intervals and Lower Focus. The schedule is inside the cd case. The workouts are 5 days a week, and Friday is a double day. I  decided to switch a couple of the  workouts around to meet my fitness goals . The workouts are progressive. I started out with the Cardio and worked my way to the strength exercises. The workouts remind me of a high school workout drill. There is not any type of high intense jumping. People in their 50’s are even doing T25. This program is for any fitness level. I measure my progress in non-scaled victories and have noticed a huge change in my fitness level. I’m a  Team Beach Body coach and you can contact me for more information on this program. I’m a golfer and getting ready for the spring season and maybe a chance at qualifying for the U.S. Open.

T25 Alpha

ALPHA Cycle helps focus on your foundation.

T25 has been perfect for my pre golf routine by its helping build my flexibility and at the same time strengthening my core for maxim distance off the tee.  I’m currently still in the Beta Cycle of T25; however, I plan on moving to the Alpha cycle in two weeks. Learning the exercises was hard for me at first; but, it just took a couple weeks to get everything moving smoothly. I have had more buycbdproducts this past week going through the entire house organizing my kid’s toys and my home office.  There’s nothing like curing the winter blues with a great exercise routine and eating right. By springtime, I’ll be ready to take on all the golf course challenges.
