I love cooking and nothing makes me more hungry than eating right after my T25 workout! Here is an example of one of the wonderful recipes you will receive after your purchase the FOCUS T25 program. I modified some of the instructions based on my experience as a fitness chief for me and my kids.
TILAPIA WITH KALE AND TOMATO
(Makes 1 serving)
One 8-ounce tilapia fillet raw
1 pinch sea salt
Ground black pepper
2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
½ clove garlic, finely chopped or minced
3 cups fresh kale chopped
3/4 cup of diced tomatoes and add the juice
Season both sides of tilapia with salt and pepper; set aside. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and kale; cook, stirring frequently, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and juice; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low.
Place tilapia fillet on top of kale mixture; cook covered, for 2 minutes. Gently turn tilapia over and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until tilapia is cooked through and flakes are falling off with fork. Remove and serve.
Nutrition information per serving (values rounded to nearest whole number): 294 calories; 9g fat; 2g saturated fat; 85 mg cholesterol; 669 mg sodium; 19g carbohydrate; 3 g fiber; 4 g sugar; 40g protein.
