I just got through doing T25’s Speed 1.0 and my son Christopher decided to join in on the fun. I had no clue he was actually doing the stretches in the background. The benefit of the exercises I’ve been doing on a daily basis is the workouts are designed to give me an hour’s worth of results in just 25 minutes a day. I was extremely tired after doing the training for 3 days strait and might have to get on the nutritional supplement, Shakology, I was using a month ago. The retail price for FOCUS T25 is $119.85. I can honestly say this is one of the most challenging workouts I’ve ever done.
